Christine is a licensed trauma therapist who helps clients suffering from anxiety, depression and painful memories through somatic practices and talk therapy.
Christine is a licensed trauma therapist dedicated to helping clients overcome anxiety, depression, and the weight of painful memories.
After completing her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Brooklyn College, she attended Arbor Vitae Herbalism School in NYC, where she gained insight into healing physical and emotional ailments through herbal remedies, gut health optimization, and nervous system regulation. This experience deepened her understanding of the vital role the mind-body connection plays in emotional healing and inspired her to pursue advanced training in evidence-based, body-centered therapies such as EMDR, TRE, ART, and IFS. Today, she combines these techniques with talk therapy to offer her clients a holistic and personalized approach to care.
Grabbing insights from her own life, Christine creates a non-judgmental safe space and shines a light on her clients patterns to help them help identify why they feel stuck in their emotions - and how to break out of them.
